Organic Nebbiolo.
Lifted aromas of red cherry, rose petals, and berries with complex savoury notes of spice, earth, and tar. A hallmark Nebbiolo style - structured, textural, and elegant, with firm tannins and a long, refreshing finish.
Winemaker Notes
The fruit was hand picked in early April, the fruit was whole bunch pressed to old oak for fermentation. Bottled in late June.
Tasting Notes
A vibrant combination of freshly crushed red berries and rose petals. Savoury and delicious, enjoy this refreshing wine in its youth.
