This Summer stop off at Yabby Lake Vineyard on the Mornington Peninsula, just 50 minutes from Melbourne.

Our restaurant menu by head chef Michael Gwizdek focuses on classic, seasonal fare such as steak frites, confit of duck leg or local seafood - served with big bowls of local greens, a range of smaller plate entrees such as beetroot cured kingfish, house-made arancini and beautiful local cheeses.  Choose from two or three courses.

Soak in sweeping vineyard views from the outdoor deck, where effortless style meets the landscape beyond. Wine and seasonal food are paired with a carefully curated collection of artworks, displayed both indoors and throughout the grounds. Unwind on the lawn with a shared board of charcuterie and cheese, a glass of wine in hand, and enjoy lawn games at a leisurely pace, weather permitting.

The light and welcoming cellar door space is the perfect spot for a convivial family lunch and features high recycled timber beams framing large expanses of glass that showcase the spectacular setting.  A slick timber tasting bar creates an intimate space for tasting at the end of the dining room. The warmth of the recycled timbers is complemented by industrial-style steel fixtures, polished concrete floors and a striking central fireplace.
