Bursting with cassis and dark cherry, this wine is beautifully lifted by cedar, spice, graphite, and delicate tobacco notes. A more elegant expression of Cabernet Sauvignon - medium-bodied with silky tannins and a fresh, smooth finish.
Winemaker Notes
The fruit was hand picked in early April, the fruit was whole bunch pressed to old oak for fermentation. Bottled in late June.
