Winemaker Notes
The fruit was handpicked, hand sorted and crushed before it was pressed into tank. Cold settled, the wine was fermented in stainless steel until it was bottled in June 2019.
Tasting Notes
Bright and aromatic, with intense citrus aromas, floral notes and a lovely gentle herbal edge. The palate is crisp and crunchy, with the fruit sweetness well balanced by clean acidity.
