2025 Red Claw Pinot Gris
The 2025 season on the Mornington Peninsula was characterised by a warm and extended summer. The wines are intensely flavoured, yet poised and balanced, ensuring their longevity.
This Red Claw Pinot Gris is delicious now and will pair beautifuly with seafood, and lighter Asian dishes.
Winemaker Notes
Handpicked between 14 - 30 March, the fruit was whole bunch pressed into tank. After cold settling overnight, juice was racked to another tank for fermentation. Parcels left on yeast lees until late June to gain mouth feel and complexity, then estate bottled. (Alc 13%)
Tasting Notes
This Red Claw Pinot Gris has lovely freshness, lifted floral aromas and clean, fresh fruit flavours. Showing a hint of nashi pear, subtle spice and a long, finely textured palate.
