Our first-ever release of ‘Fort’ Shiraz is a fortified wine that brings depth and character to every glass. Infused with premium Brandy spirit, it showcases ripe dark fruit aromas, layered complexity, and a long, intense finish.

Perfectly suited for slow sipping or pairing with a rich cheese board—blue cheese, aged cheddar, or creamy brie complement its bold profile beautifully.

Cellar for 10+ years. 

The dry, mild climate of Heathcote provides ideal conditions for growing shiraz. The fruit for this wine comes from our family vineyard, planted in 1999 on the fmous strip of 500 million year old cambrian soil that defines the heart of the region. 

The vineyard was certified organic in 2021.
