Hand picked between the 2nd and 6th of March 2020, from Blocks 4, 7 and 8. Varieties - 85% Chardonnay, 15% Pinot Noir. Whole bunch pressed, only the cuvée used (512.5L/t). Primary fermentation in stainless steel before bottling, and secondary fermentation in bottle for ageing on lees. Tirage date: 5 August 2020. Disgorged 29 August 2021. Dosage: 7.0g/L. Alc 13%.
