The 2019 season on the Mornington Peninsula was a classic. Ripening was even and the wines have a great intensity and depth of flavour.
Crisp and crunchy, this Sauvignon Blanc has lovely citrus, florals and a gentle herbal edge.
Winemaker Notes
The fruit was handpicked on 4 March, hand sorted and crushed before it was pressed into tank. Cold settled, the wine was fermented in stainless steel until it was bottled in June 2019. (Alc 13%)
Tasting Notes
Bright, fresh and aromatic, with intense citrus aromas, floral notes and a lovely gentle herbal edge. The palate is crisp and crunchy, with the fruit sweetness well balanced by clean, citrussy acidity.
