Our philosophy is to craft single vineyard wines of great purity and character, reflective of our site and the season in which it was grown. It’s the attention and care in the vineyard that is most critical to allowing this expression.
A small parcel of the first ‘Cuvée Nina’ ever to be made (from the classic 2010 vintage) was left on lees for an extended 10 years, and recently disgorged. A fine, dry aperitif style, the extended time on lees imparts incredible complexity while also capturing remarkable freshness and finesse. Winemaker: Tom Carson
