Our winemaking philosophy allows the inherent potential of each block to be realised.

It is the careful and considered work in the vineyard from pruning to picking that determines the true foundation and character of the wine.

In the winery, each parcel is handled gently and thoughtfully to ensure winemaking techniques only enhance the quality of the resulting wine.

Heathcote Estate Shiraz is a single vineyard wine expressing the best characteristics of the variety from this region. This wine is part of the Yabby Lake stable and is made with the same uncompromising focus in the purpose-built Heathcote winery.
