our philosophy

Heathcote Estate produces single vineyard and 'single block release' shiraz off our site located on Drummonds Lane.  We have also recently released our inaugural Shiraz 'Pressings' (see link below for further information). 

Our winemaking team - Tom Carson (chief), Chris Forge and Luke Lomax - have many years of experience at Heathcote Estate, dating back to the 2002 vintage.  The depth of their experince of this special site allows the team to take an intuitive approach to winemaking - striving to craft wines that reflect the spirit of the site and the season in which they were grown.
